But why do I want to share it with the net… well its my foot and its in pain. I don’t know how I’ll be able to go to school limping all over the place…. grrrr …. -_-

This picture is really really interesting, to me. not only is it a face at first glance, it explodes looking like blood smear or ink splatter. But when you look at the art more closely, you can’t quite say what the lines are, it looks like flowers lines, or roots, the jaw line looks like a firefly, but yet again no. Also the color of the pictures gives the picture more of a mystery feel to it. And again I found this picture from:

As of now I am at Legends Bar in the city helping my brother in-law selling his new BALL-LIN shirt. When I took this picture, all the lights are really low and I just happened to capture this, I like the effect it had naturally.

The Path of….

The person that I interviewed was Sandra Frias, she is currently the creative coordinator of Logo TV for MTV. But before that happened, she did an internship at Tribeca Preforming Arts Center when she was finishing up high school. And soon after she was offered a job after graduating, during that time she had the opportunity to work along with Spike Lee and for 20th Century Fox Films, to rent out space for movies. When she was almost done with NYU, she decided to intern with MTV at TRL. The position that she got into was PA, production assistant. Lucky after three months, they offered her a full time job as the PA for the Art Department. And soon after she was in charged of the Art Department for the TRL taping. (She has been there for 7 years, until it was cancelled.) Since she left the TRL, she had the opportunity to work for Sony Pictures court shows, the Tyra Bank’s talk show, Fox News “Morning show with Mike and Juliet” and the Wendy William Show.

When I asked her who would be her mentor throughout her journey, she told me that when she was interning at MTV, her internship supervisor recommended her to get the job that she is in right now.

This interview had shown me that networking is key for anything for this industry, you may never know when it can come in handy and land your dream job. And there is a quote that she said; “Work hard, be good to those above you and below you, be humble and be patient.  ”

Into the Future!

Having to meet Ms. Gonzalez, she told me that there was a great achievements that she had to overcome in her life time. Since she was in college, having to choose her path for adulthood to society,  she just happened to come across a peek of the broadcasting life. Since then she got the opportunity to work at a television network station. Along with that she also has a side job of promoting some web show on YouTube co-hosting with other people. One of her favorite work that she has done, is an animation clip shown below:
